Favorite Stamp with a Half Moon

So this my entry for Adventures in Stamping challenge - your favourite new stamp. I had been lacking inspiration for a while so I went through my collection trying to find interesting polishes and I found these two! I haven't done a half moon since my very first try at nail art so I've been wanting to try it again for a while and I thought it was the perfect way to incorporate the two polishes.

Click on for more details and pictures.

This is the plate I happened to choose though it was a close call (and I'd already done an owl mani very recently ^^)

Base: Sally Hansen's Insta Dry Lickety-Split Lime
Top: Illamasqua Snap
Stamping Polish: Barry M Silver Foil Instant Effects
Plate: BM-319

I had a trouble with this stamp but when it worked... O.o. It just a seamless pattern, and while I normally go for the flowery patterns I love block patterns too! I wish there were more.

I absolutely loved the combination of Snap and the silver stamp - I will definitely be trying this again! And the application of both main polishes was an absolute dream which with this kind of nail art was so useful!

I'll stop rambling... Thanks for the look!
